York Local Involvement Network (LINk) gives everyone in York the opportunity to influence local health and social care services. We can help local people, groups and organisations to influence key decision makers within the local NHS, the City of York Council and organisations who provide our health and social care services.
If you would like to tell us about any local health and social care issues, please contact us on 01904 621631 or e mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Have your say in the way local health services are commissioned in the future
The way health services are commissioned (bought from NHS/private hospitals etc) is changing. The Primary Care Trust (PCT) will not be doing this in future and a new organisation - the Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group (VoYCCg) - will be taking over this role.
The VoYCCg is still developing and welcomes the views of members of the public, individual patients and voluntary groups on the best way to consult with them about future services.
A conference to help people find out more about this has been arranged for Tuesday 7th February 2012. It will take place from 10.00am until 3.00pm, at the Priory Street Centre in York.
There is no charge but it is essential to book a place. If you are interested in attending please contact York LINk on 01904 621631 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
