Welcome to York LINk

York Local Involvement Network (LINk) gives everyone in York the opportunity to influence local health and social care services.  We can help local people, groups and organisations to influence key decision makers within the local NHS, the City of York Council and organisations who provide our health and social care services.

York LINk wants to hear about your experiences of health and social care services and your ideas for improvements and changes.

One of the issues on our workplan this year is discharge from hospital. We want hear about how well the system works for people in York. If you, or a friend or relative has been discharged from hospital recently please complete our hospital discharge survey.

All information given to the LINk is treated confidentially, and personal details are not passed on.
